The Rogers Agency has the experience of the big agencies with the personal attention that you’ll only get with a small one. We’re obsessed with two things – the results you will get from our agency and the professional service you can expect from our people.
Collectively, our team members are colleagues that come from various advertising agencies, Internet, marketing and media backgrounds, big and small. They are uniquely experienced to handle the needs of our clients in order to provide the desired results of each campaign.
The contacts you will most consistently work with are David Rogers and Mitzi Andrews.
David Rogers, president of The Rogers Agency LLC, grew up in Norfolk and received his BSBA degree in Marketing at Old Dominion University (BSBA in Marketing). His experiences include: Broadcast Station/Sales Management in Television for 18 years; Advertising Agency work that exceeds 10 years in planning, buying, research and account services; and a National Advertising Consultant since 2004. Other programs include: Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Leadership program in 1993; Leadership Programs through the Darden School of Business, UVA; Executive Broadcast Management program Kellogg School of Business. David currently lives in Chesapeake with his wife, two children and his dog & cat.
Mitzi B. Andrews is the Creative Director for The Rogers Agency since January 2011. For fourteen years prior, Mitzi worked as the Director of Special Projects for WAVY-TV 10 developing and implementing station projects as well as writing and producing television commercials for countless Hampton Roads businesses. Mitzi originally interned at WAVY while working on her BA in Rhetoric & Communications at the University of Virginia and was pleased to return there after graduation. She grew up as an Army brat on the tail end of her father’s career… but as a resident of Hampton Roads since 1980, Mitzi has made her home in Norfolk with her two dogs.
